Exercise "snacking" to improve amino acid utilization and muscle remodeling

🥴We've all been there: We just know that despite our best efforts and intentions, that day we won't find the time to go for a run or hit the gym after work. Sometimes there just isn't anything we can do about it.


💡Well, maybe there's a little bit of something we can do: "Exercise Snacking" (during a regular work day) seems to be a valid option if time doesn't permit anything else that day. Just a few Air Squats every half an hour, or a brief walk seem to be able to significantly increase muscle remodeling compared to just sitting.


🤸🏽‍♀️So, standing up and moving around every once in a while - definitely worth it and coming with a positive effect that we can actually measure.
