📊This meta analysis did not include any but one studies that altered nutrition in addition to the exercise program. So whether HIIT or MOD work better in conjunction with energy restriction is not clear.
🏃🏻♂️But if you're trying to lose fat without changing your diet, HIIT seems to be the better option according to this paper.
