We want to test the effectiveness of ZONE 2 training for CrossFit®️
From September 30th 2024 we will start a project involving two training groups:
Group A will be training via the conventional CrossFit®️ methodology while group B will be incorporating specific low-intensity ZONE 2 training into their weekly schedule.
If you want to participate, you’ll be RANDOMLY placed in group A or group B.
