Protein intake and muscle mass: The more always better?

🥛💪 Protein and muscle growth - is more always better?


👀 This study found that there is a threshold for protein intake beyond which additional protein does not significantly contribute to muscle mass gain. For those who strength train, this threshold is around 1.5-1.6g/kg/day, and for those who do not, it's around 1.1g/kg/day.
