🤔Does this mean you should prioritize carbs over fat in your diet? Depends. If you're an athlete, then the answer is likely yes.


🙋🏽If you're just another guy/gal trying to stay reasonably fit or even lose weight, then carb intake should be monitored a little more closely and be a bit more balanced with healthy fats.
