💪🏼 You want to become super strong and buff? Do resistance exercise consistently for a bunch of years, and your body will show indisputable signs in that direction.


❤️ You want to be able to run, cycle or swim endlessly at high speed without tiring very much? Put in the hours, and you got it.


☝🏼Of course how (!) strong and buff, as well as how (!) fatigue resistant somebody can become is individually dependent on our genetic makeup. Nevertheless, the impact of our environment and behavior is enormous when it comes to our body.
